[Video - Friday Evening]

[The black clad Commander hits the ground with a roll leaving the roof of the Violet City Gym in dramatic fashion after a little reconnaissance mission. He smiles at the Mareep and Eevee waiting for him under a nearby tree before joining them to relay the information he had recovered. Eagle was totally unaware that his third Pokemon, a Vulpix, had been playing with his PokeGear and recording this little evening raid. ]

This city’s gym leader is Falkner his Pokemon are all flying types so they should be weak to you Sol because you have that new electric attack.

[The Astina the Eevee listens closely and Sol the Mareep nods upon learning his role in the upcoming battle. ]

However, they are all level 30 or higher. We should do a bit more training before trying to…

[The video suddenly shifts and tumbles to the ground as Carrera the Vulpix looses her footing on the dewy ground. As she stumbles the piece of technology is dropped and her role as a videographer is betrayed. ]

I know this isn’t exactly a military mission but there are times when recording video is… inconvenient...

Are you thinking about challenging the gyms too or have you decided to do something else?

I don't think any of mine are ready for that sort of thing yet. Amane-chan's the strongest, but when it's a team battle, you can't just have one tank and the rest be level ones! It's not very balanced that way and I don't think there's a good system for support classes here.

I have heard there is a tower in town that I might have to investigate while I am here.

[[like a magic word spoken, he perks up]] A tower? You mean the one off to the side, not too far from the gym?

‘Sprout Tower’. There are supposed to be trainers to fight on the way up and items to find…

[Very interested in those other trainers… but this HM is also a great attraction! ]

[She runs over to try and make friends with Fai and Kuro-Puppy with her tails happily wagging. As Eagle cautiously makes his way over to the bush as well.

[Fai puts on a surprised face as well!] Ah! Eagle-kun! I didn't know you were here! [ 8D?

Kuro-puppy gives a huff, walking away from Fai and over towards Carrera, and the other Pokemon.] Growlith, Growl Growl!

Heeeeh, that sounds interesting!

You just happened to be sitting in a bush in the middle of the night?

[Instantly suspicious… but finding the situation VERY funny. ]

[Trots over to the Growlithe.

Hello! I’m Carrera! Can we be friends? ]

Doesn’t it? I will have to allot a little time to go in and investigate it.

[I'm sorry Eagle, but those shenanigans grant you a hardy guffaw from the southern-accented beauty. After a few moments she manages to get it under control. She's rubbing her eye with one finger.]

Together, ne? [[grins. Noway he's sitting this one out!]] I should be getting some graph paper delivered soon, so it'll be even easier to map it out than the cave was!

[Kuro-puppy considers Carrera for a minute before nodding. "Growlithe!"

[She always seem to be laughing at him for some reason or other. Not that he really minds. ]

What potentially hazardous problem?

Isn’t it better when you can see the stars instead of the boring interior of a bush?

Carrera yips happily.
Would you like to play? We can play chase! Astina probably won’t play… but I bet Sol would! ]

Of course, if you would like to go along. This sounds like a good way to get some real battle training in and a map couldn’t hurt either!

I hadn’t settled on a specific date yet. I just know that is the kind of place I would like to visit some time soon. Is there a time that works best for you, Bakura?

[[ponder ponder]] I have off on the weekends from the restaurant if we want to make a day of it... other wise, after lunch any day is fine!

Then I will talk to you about it later. I think we could use just a little more Pokemon training before moving on to actual trainers.
