[ It had taken him longer to recover from the trip than he had been expecting, but now that he felt up to it again there was something Eagle promised to do. Sure he originally only said he would get Bakura a cake, but why stop there? Bakura had made so many friends it only seemed right to invite them to have some cake too… and inform them about Bakura’s birthday for next year. ]

I know it is a little later than September 2 now, but as we were traveling at the time…

… well, I would like to invite any friends of Bakura’s who might be in Goldenrod City over to have a little cake with us in honor of Bakura’s birthday.

Oh no, I appreciate that she wants to be so protective of Geo, but if he actually decides to become a Pokemon breeder as he was assigned to when he arrived that devotion might make it difficult for him.

I don’t think he has decided anything yet. I doubt he really knows what to do with some one who is so jealous.
