[The smiling face of a giant furret appears on the screen before two feet and a whirl of color later the view shifts as the fuzzy cameraman pans the PokeGear over to document the scene before him. A moment like this needed to be filmed!
The distressed Gym Leader Falkner sadly looks at his fainted Pokemon before brushing the blue hair out of his eyes and addressing his opponent.]

My dad’s cherished bird Pokemon… but a defeat is a defeat. All right. Take this official Pokemon league badge…

[Falkner’s eyes suddenly widen as the camera zooms in on his stunned face. ]

Oh, hey! Are you alright?

[The gym leader rushes across the arena amid the sound of haggard coughing . The video abruptly ends shortly after as the furret allows the device to slip from his paws and tumble to the ground. ]

I am not really sure what your situation was but I do know that it can be difficult to know what the best course of action to take is. If you ended up doing something that you regret maybe you could do something to make up for it?
