[The monk stood his ground sending out his last Pokemon, a Bellsprout. Really? This would be easy then. ]

Astina, that is enough. It is Carrera’s turn.

[It might be a surprise to any one who had met Astina to notice that not only had he been battling again but he had evolved into an Umbreon. Even more of a shock would have been the 5’11” Furret standing by Eagle’s side.
The Bellsprout used vine whip which Carrera scrunched down as close to the ground as she could to brace for the vine‘s impact. She took a little damage, but it was no where near enough to end the battle.]

Carrera, use Ember.

[Recovering from the whipping swiftly she hopped to her feet and Used Ember just as Eagle had asked her to. It was super effective and the enemy Bellsprout fainted from just the one hit. The monk nodded, not happy that he had lost but sort of expecting it. Sage Li handed over the prize, HM Flash and some money… to which Eagle smiled.]

Thank you Sage Li, that was a fun battle and this HM should come in very handy. I know just the cave to use it in.

It might be a while before he can since he only has the one Pokemon… but, maybe it would be possible just to share this HM with him once he has a Pokemon that can learn it.

[Since HMs can be used more than once, why not share it! ]

You can share it between people as well as pokemon? Aaa, I didn't realize! That'll make it much quicker then!

[A nod. ] That does make an HM a lot more useful than a TM. Though I am pretty sure you could give some one a TM as a gift… since it only has one use…

I wonder if Bulbasaurs can learn Flash.

So… do you think this tower really was built around a giant Bellsprout.

[Eagle takes the time to place his hand on the quivering center beam. Technology like this was very interesting and the legend was cute as well. ]

It's hard to imagine one getting this tall! But if there were ever one like that, it would make sense to build a shrine to it.

I suspect it is just a story.

[Then again… the Shedinja thing turned out to be true. This thought is wisely not mentioned in front of Bakura though. ]

This was a nice place for a little day trip.

Either way, it's an interesting one. [[a happy smile]] And it really was! Not bad training either.

I particularly enjoyed finding so many trainers to battle in one place. They say if you come back at night there will be ghosts here.

[Since Bakura has a strange connection to ghosts… ]

Maybe you would like to return then for a few more to add to your collection?

It is amazing that a disk like this will make a Pokemon learn a new move, but I was told Flash was the only way to get through dark places like some caves. Have you been able to find many HMs?

My friend told me about these disks. Can these also teach Pokemon how to fly?

[He chuckles. ]

Apparently so! I wasn’t expecting an HM to look like a data disk.

They can if you find the HM named ‘Fly’. I’m not sure where to look for that one yet. I was just told that you could find HM Flash at the top of Sprout Tower if you defeated all of the trainers here. These HMs seem to be hidden all over the place.

Fly does sound like a very helpful skill though. Maybe it should be the next HM I look for. Did your friend tell you where to find an HM like that?

Fly would be very useful, especially if you want to see your friends from far away. It will be a more convenient way to travel too. I don't dislike walking though, so I can't say that I mind too much

[ She pauses a while to think. ] But I think it would still be good to have it handy.

[ Shakes her head. ]

Athrun never told me, but I could ask if you like.

I think I would actually miss the camping out if traveling was so easy but I could see some great uses for it as well. Especially in winter. I have heard winter can be quiet cold and it wouldn’t be very comfortable to camp out during a time like that.

[Brr! The cold doesn’t sound like fun at all! ]

If it wouldn’t be too much trouble to ask I would appreciate it. I’m sure that by traveling and asking around in each city I could find some clue as to where the other HMs are, but if some one already knows that would make it a good deal easier to find.

I do love the snow, but I see what you mean.
