[Introduction - Video]

[ At first the video only shows a paw as it stumbles to walk over the PokéGear and accidentally steps on the video button. Then a nose as the object is thoroughly sniffed. But a muffled nearby cry is enough to draw the small Vulpix’s attention away from its investigations and over to the young man asleep on the twin sized bed. He tosses, mussing his fair colored hair and clutches at the blankets as he winces in pain. Though there is no visible source of this discomfort it seems quite real to him.
As the Vulpix tilts its head, sadly calling out in sympathy, the young man startles and suddenly sits bolt upright. He appears dazed and takes a moment looking around the small room before bringing a hand up to gently hold his head. ]

This isn’t Cephiro… A nightmare…?
No, that can’t be right.

[ The man slowly looks at his hands, flexing the fingers as if he is surprised that he can do so. ]

That battle… were the Magic Knights able to win?
I don’t remember anything after that light. What happened? Does this mean… I’m not dead after all?

Maybe you could start by telling me your name?

[Introductions were a polite necessity! Of course Eagle doesn’t bother to introduce himself until he is out of that strange bed. Speaking to a lady while still in bed… that just didn’t seem polite at all! Out and more presentable, Eagle can continue the conversation.]

I am Commander Eagle Vision from Autozam.

[A pause as he looks around the room again. ]

Can you tell me what this place is? Or maybe what that…

[The camera pans to focus in on a little vulpix still sitting on the shelf. ]

…is. It seems friendly enough but… I have never seen anything like it before.

Sure thing, sugar~. The name is Caldina.

[She strikes a pose that compliments her features and wasn't disturbed in the slightest that Eagle had been in bed at the time.]

Autozam? [She held a finger aside her lips and feigned ignorance of the planet. So that's where you're from..]

This land is called Johto and that there is a Pokemon.

[Leans in a bit closer to the screen having never seen a Vulpix before.]

[The Vulpix yips slightly at the term Pokémon. ]

A Pokémon? Is that some kind of monster?

[And Eagle will just be testing the door to see if it is locked or not. ]

I haven’t heard of Johto before… and if you have never heard of Autozam…
[Misunderstanding the questioning tone she had used when she mentioned his country’s name. ]
…is this another world of some kind?

[The doorknob turns easily. ]

Not locked. [Another almost musical chuckle. ]
Then this really can’t be Cephiro.

[Look at Caldina pretend to be an expert. They do sorta remind her of those monsters that Ascot summons... only.... a LOT smaller.. and .. a LOT less threatening]

[She winked for effect]

The way it was explained to me, is that no one really knows where this place is but rest assured this sure isn't that Cephiro or Autozam place that you mentioned.

Who were these Magic Knights you were going on about?

They were some interesting young ladies I met on Cephiro.

[Vague enough for you? He’s not about to reveal his secrets to just anyone.
He does smile fondly upon remembering them though. I‘m sure they were able to defeat that mecha… But… ]

Caldina, is there a way to return to where we came from?

[There is a touch of doubt in that statement, for the observant to notice.
That light and then… this?
Maybe they weren’t alright? Maybe they still needed some help? Maybe the dead can‘t return?

[That's one way of putting it. She certainly doesn't remember seeing anyone from Autozam in Cephiro.]

If I knew that, do you think I would still be here?

[Realizing that might have sounded harsh she added a laugh]

Whoever or whatever brought us here hasn't exactly been forthcoming with details. Say, do you see any messages lying around over there?

[Like one from a guy calling himself Rocket Boss?]

[It was a little harsh, but Eagle isn’t the kind to take offense. She is just a little upset and that is entirely understandable.]

That is the second time I have been asked about a message. Are you supposed to be waiting for orders too?

I didn’t see any kind of message or letter when I searched this room.

[Tries to backpedal out of this part of the conversation]

Say-- now that I can get a better look at you... you're actually pretty handsome aren't you~?

[Though the distraction technique is obvious, Eagle graciously allows the lady her escape. She already told him that she was a member of that other group now… whatever that group was…

He chuckles lightly at the compliment.]

And you are a very beautiful lady. But, you must have heard that before?
That accent… it almost reminds me of some place I know…

Sharp eyesight too?! [Because clearly, Caldina is beautiful and you'd have to be blind not to see it] You know it~! Still a gal never tires of hearing it.

[Oh SNAP. My Chizetan accent is giving me away]

[Lol, her Cleffa has been silent the entire time]

[This one he is going to call her on, for that little creature really hadn’t said a thing. So Eagle answers with a horribly playful laugh and a teasing almost arrogant smile. ]

[OH OOPS.. somehow this little ol' device just happened to fall and turned itself right off. Isn't that a crime shame?

Lol but she plans on keeping tabs on the guy from Autozam who knows of the Magic Knights..]
